This document contains two parts: Part A — Terms of Use that govern your access to and use of the Astro: Life Path mobile application and services (the "Service"), and Part B — a short EULA that grants you a license to use the mobile app. Please read both parts carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.
"App", "we", "us", "our" — Astro: Life Path and its operator.
"You", "User" — any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
"Content" — astrological readings, forecasts, text, images, audio, video, and other materials provided in the Service.
"User Content" — content that users submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service.
"App Content" — content owned or licensed by us and provided via the Service.
By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or make purchases. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) you must have parental/guardian consent.
Products: Subscriptions (monthly, annual), consumables (coins), and one-time reports are available. Exact product names and prices appear during purchase and in the store listing.
Auto-renewal & management: Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. The store (Apple App Store / Google Play) processes payments. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account:
Refunds: Purchases are final except where required by law or the store's policy. For billing issues, contact the store first; you may also contact us at contact@astroapp.online.
Restore purchases: Use the app’s restore function or the store account to restore purchases on a new device.
If you are a parent or guardian you are responsible for supervising purchases. You can disable in-app purchases in your device settings (iOS Screen Time / Content & Privacy Restrictions; Android Parental Controls).
Our rights: We and our licensors own all App Content and intellectual property rights in the Service, including algorithms, designs, text, graphics, audio, trademarks, and software.
Your license: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial use.
User Content license: By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works of, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service (including marketing and analytics). Do not submit content you do not have the right to license.
Violations may result in removal of content, suspension, termination, and legal action.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, send a notice to contact@astroapp.online with subject line Copyright Claim. Include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) location of the infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good-faith belief, and (5) a signature (electronic accepted). We will respond as required by law.
No guarantees. We do not guarantee results, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the Service.
The Service may integrate third-party services (payment processors, analytics, chat providers) and link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions and disclaim liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to liability (or USD $50 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. On termination subscription access stops immediately; where required by law or the store policy, refunds may apply.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be notified via in-app message and/or email and the "Last updated" date will be updated. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you greater rights, those local laws apply.
For disputes please contact contact@astroapp.online first. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or local equivalent) except where prohibited by local law. To the extent permitted, you waive the right to a jury trial and class actions.
We may change prices for in-app purchases. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance when feasible. The app stores control displayed prices; final charges are handled by the store.

Typical response time: 5–30 business days.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment (if applicable), we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control.
We may provide updates. This EULA applies to updates unless separate terms accompany them.
The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
You must comply with export laws and not export the App to prohibited jurisdictions.
This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. On termination delete all copies of the App and cease use.
